As the only Designer on our starting team i was tasked with establishing a company brand and design guideline. I am able to work closely with developers to maintain brand vision and aesthetics throughout web and mobile UI/UX.

However, my main task is redesigning the UI of the app to prepare it for use in a remote medical study. As our team grows, I now manage and delegate work to two design interns along with my own design tasks.
