How might we explain metabolic syndrome while promoting the use of this product?

For this specific client, I was tasked with redesigning the website for Statlink, a client facing website portal.
Website Template
Given a website template with text to be included in main design. Also needed to explain metabolic syndrome in the most digestible way.
My Re-Design
Using original graphics made in illustrator, I was able to create a short infographic explaining metabolic syndrome to weave into the product's need for marketing.
