Overview
This summer, I was tasked with analyzing the user flow of the new Omniscript Designer for Vlocity. As Vlocity begins to merge with Salesforce, there is more of an urgency to begin usability testing to ensure the validity of Vlocity products. I worked with my fellow interns and used employees from various departments to conduct Vlocity's first remote usability testing.
I started off by going through the Omniscript software and created a general user journey map. I then used this information to make a usability test entailing the creating of a new form with multiple steps on the new software.
Conducted remote, internal usability testing on LWC Omniscript software to enhance user experience for global insurance agencies. Utilized interviews and user questionnaires on Vlocity employees across various departments.

Overview
Over the course of my internship, my role was to aid the senior designers in their projects. More specifically, go through Sketch files of existing web prototypes for a health insurance checkout process and translate them into mobile prototypes.
